I was under the impression that NLP has evolved to a bit more ecological tool instead of a "symptoms overpowering – not creating any choice" hammer.
Sadly I seemed to be wrong.
If this is just to be used as a ‘convincer strategy’ of how fast things can change…
Who really cares if it takes 4 minutes or 15 minutes…. I even can’t imagine why people see that as a criteria in great change work.
Sorry to see this from such a high regarded NLP trainer as Michael Carroll, one who’s in the forefront of training next generation of NLP’res (trainers)
