I need some help!
I used to have issues in my personal life and as a result of that ive set a rathe "ngative" anchor.
Everytime I feel under presure/stressed I count. Everything and anything, mainly things with a straight edge. Like, radiator’s – I count the groove’s. Then I move on to face’s. Thing’s like eye’s, nose’s, mouth’s ear’s etc.
I really need help in breaking this negative anchor as it is effecting me more and more.
Any suggestion’s are welcome!
