Question for Body Language Experts

I have an interesting question (well, to me, at least). Learning to interpret body langauge is relatively easy enough. So, let’s say we’re in a situation where we want to persuade someone, and let’s leave ethics alone for a minute. So, let’s say we’re selling something, like cars or houses. So, we’ve done our presentation, blah, blah, blah. We’re now at the point of negotiating, asking for the order, etc. and body langue tells us that the person is uncomfotable, like turning sideways, furrowing his brow, etc. Or, perhaps you’re standing and the person’s feet are pointing away, another sign of disinterest. My question is, now that we recognize these things, what do we do about it? I mean, other than pacing reality verbally, what other things can be done to steer the situation into a more beneficial outcome?
