Quieting and Calming Down Internal Dialogue Exercises

Hello,

I just wanted to get a list together of everyones ideas/exercises to take control over your internal dialogue.

I have so far:

Imagine a volume slider and simply turn down the volume (it often works but when i shift my attention off the slider it will subtly start again!)

Tongue to roof of mouth behind teeth

mantra/repeat affirmation
