Switching Mental Images

Hey guys,

For this exercise I had to work out the details of my mental images for a negative belief plus something I now know to be untrue. And a positive belief and something I know to be 100% true.

In the exercise it says that the 100% truth can be something as simple as the sun will set.

I have the settings but I don’t always ‘see’ a mental image. Does that mean I can make something up? Like consciously if I think ‘attracting beautiful women is hard’ and see myself in a park looking at a beautiful women. Then keep the same image but change teh settings?

And does it matter if I don’t see a very strong mental image? Also is this a powerful way of enhancing positive beliefs and decreasing negative ones?
